TERMS & CONDITIONS / diggler records shop

1. The prices are indicated in Euro and include value added tax (VAT) of 16%.

2. You can order from us with this online-shop, in written form, by email or fax. Shipping by mail (Deutsche Post AG / DHL) only. Shipment of goods is at your own risk, so we do not accept responsibility for damages caused by transport. The goods remain property of Diggler Records until the amount is fully paid.

3. Payment must always be in advance. Your order will be shipped as soon as the money is booked on our account. You have the following possiblities for payment:

c) Payment via PayPal. Please paypal the money to paypal@diggler.de, be sure to include your adress. Not registred yet? Click here to sign up with PayPal!

4. We charge the following prices for shipping and handling: Germany € 3,- / Europe € 8,50 / World € 12,50. Please add this amount to your total order.

5. Court of jurisdication is Cologne, Germany
